Buyers can mix eligible collections, styles, colors and sizes freely with no per-style MOQ, so there is no need to overstock a single product simply to meet traditional wholesale requirements.
Because this model provides greater purchasing flexibility and preferential Trade Pricing, all Trade Purchase orders are final sale for buyer-initiated returns and exchanges.
TRADE ORDERS ARE FINAL SALE
Trade Purchase orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind, sizing preference, color preference, style selection, slow-selling inventory, overstock or customer cancellation.
SILKGALA COVERS ORDER ISSUES
If an item arrives damaged, clearly defective, incorrect or missing from the shipment, Silkgala will take responsibility and provide an appropriate replacement, refund or other reasonable resolution for the affected item(s).
REPORT ISSUES WITHIN 7 DAYS
Please contact Silkgala within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or video of the affected item, photos of the outer packaging and your order details.
